Don’t wait until the fall of your senior year to study and take your SAT, because you will be so overwhelmed by all the other application materials that require your attention. It’s really helpful to get your SAT out of the way before senior year starts. Not only does it help take some burden off your shoulders, it also gives you the opportunity to take it again.
